Is Nanoagenda safe, reliable and confidential?

Nanoagenda is completely safe, reliable and confidential. Your personal, your business’ and your clients’ information can only be accessed, viewed or modified by yourself and the users you create. Everything is kept private, nothing is made public.

What type of Support do you offer?

We offer support via FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), and also through Support Requests via E-Mail. We answer all Support Requests within a few hours, during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, GMT -3:00). All Support Requests received after hours will be answered the next business day.

In what languages is Nanoagenda available?

Nanoagenda is available in English and Spanish.

I forgot the Password for my Account… how do I get it back?

If you wish to recover your Password, you must click on the “Forgot your password? Click here” link located in the login section, in the site's header. Then simply follow the instructions provided.

Where’s my account information?

Once you’re logged in, check the menu on the left. There, at the bottom, you will find a “Settings” button. Inside this section you’ll find your account information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Once you’re logged in, check the menu on the left. There, at the bottom, you will find a “Settings” button. Inside this section, in the “Account Information” tab you’ll see a “Cancel my Subscription” link at the end of the page. If you wish to cancel it, just click the link and follow the instructions provided. Forgot to cancel your subscription on time? Send us an email at support@nanoagenda.com, and we’ll be happy cancel it and reimburse you.

How does the 15 day trial period work?

After registering for Nanoagenda, the first 15 days of service will be completely free of charge. The system won’t be limited in any way, you’ll be able to make use of all features at 100%. If during the trial period you decide to switch to a subscription, you can do it from the “Settings” page, “Account Information” tab, where you will find a “Subscribe” button. With the completion of the subscription process you’ll be able to use Nanoagenda as long as you please. Don’t forget to subscribe before your 15 day trial period ends, or you will lose all information and appointments saved!

Does Nanoagenda work on Mac, Blackberry, iPhone and other devices?

Nanoagenda works with any device that has full web browser, be it a Windows PC, Mac, Linux, netbook, cell phone, or even a game console. Full compatibility is guaranteed on the following browsers: Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 3.5, Safari 5 and Google Chrome.

How do I create a new Appointment?

It’s very simple. To create a new appointment you need to be logged in Nanoagenda. After logging in, check the menu on the left, you’ll see a “New Appointment” button. Click it to create a new Appointment and set it up.

How do I create a new Client/Service/User?

Logged in Nanoagenda, in the menu on the left, under the “Management” title, you will find the “Clients”, “Users”, “Services” and “Locations” buttons. If you click any of these, you’ll access a List. On this List, at the botton left corner, you’ll see a “Create New” button, be it a new “Client”, “User”, “Service” or “Location”. Simply click it to create a new one!

When creating a new User, what’s the difference between a “normal” User and an “Administrator” User?

“Administrator” Users have complete access to the system, while “normal” Users have certain limitations. “Normal” Users can’t manage Services, Locations, nor Users. Neither can they access the “Settings” screen. Still, they can manage Appointments and Clients.
